How does your cleaning plan work?
We will provide a totally customized, step-by-step plan for cleaning your home or business. We will personally review each room you have requested to be cleaned, listing all required cleaning tasks for each room and which products will be used.
Are you insured against damages? What about objects of sentimental value?
At hellogreenclean we are fully bonded and insured, and we treat your home or business as we would our own. However, in the event that an object is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours and we will take action to provide compensation. We also understand that every client has valuable and sentimental items that may not be replaceable, which is why we take extra care of your property.
What are your hours?
Our hours of service are between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, though you can always e-mail or leave a voicemail anytime. When phoning or e-mailing reservations, you will always receive a confirmation within 24 hours.
What are your payment methods?
You may pay by check or credit card. Should you wish to go a paperless route, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Who does the cleaning?
We will provide highly respectful, professional, and experienced cleaners who have passed both our comprehensive "green clean" training, as well as thorough background checks.
Do I need to provide all the cleaning products?
We will bring our own Green Certified, earth-friendly, non-toxic products to clean and sanitize your home or business, as well as supply our own vacuum cleaner. However, we ask that for sanitary reasons, you supply some basic cleaning tools, such as a broom, and toilet bowl brush.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we have a very generous referral program. Each time you refer someone to us who partakes in our services, you will receive 50% off your next cleaning. When you have reached five active referrals, your next cleaning will be absolutely free!
